What is Microblading?

Microblading is a treatment that has been in use since the late 90’s but has become more popular within the last 10 years in the UK, and involves implanting coloured pigment with fine incisions into the skin using a small tool to create the look of delicate, natural hair strokes creating a fuller brow that doesn’t wash off.

The treatment is perfectly safe and as long as you follow specialist instructions, the treatment could last for 12 – 18 months (see below).

How do you know if Microblading is for you?

You may have previously had bushier eyebrows, but find that they have thinned as you age, we can use your existing eyebrow shape as a guide to give you a much more natural looking brow. There’s nothing worse than a brow with a hard edge, that just looks fake.

I have also treated people with conditions such as alopecia, to create beautiful brows for male and female clients.

How Long does Microblading last?

The final results following Microblading treatment can last for between 12 – 18 months before retreating. However Just Brows can give you a FREE top up 4-6 weeks later to ensure your brows look as good as the initial treatment.

Aftercare

It is recommended that you take extra care up to a week after your treatment, avoiding moisture on your brows as much as possible, you will find that any soreness will reduce over time.

After a week or so you can use an antibacterial soap to wash but please avoid any products that contain exfoliants.

You can use Microblading ointment on the brows up to a couple of times each day to help wit the brows healing process, if you are concerned at any point please feel free to get in touch.

What you can expect at your treatment

It’s so important to get a feel for your needs as the treatment is such a personal thing, We can look at some different eyebrow shapes and plan everything before starting.

The treatment lasts for two hours, you will be reclined on a treatment bed, using sterile specialist tools. It is important not to get your brows wet for a week or so after the treatment to ensure the pigments used remain in place as much as possible.

Where will the treatment take place?

Your Micro blading treatment will take place in my treatment room in Hockley Heath, Solihull. There is an initial consultation where I need to found out more about you, any medical conditions or allergies and what you are looking for.
